Security Wall Panel Systems

Habersham’s security wall panel system is versatile and can adapt to any room requirement. It’s ideal for retrofitting existing spaces for cells and secured areas. We use our industry-tested, steel-stiffened panels in accordance to the HMMA 863 design specifications.
Testing
Our security wall panels’ performance has been tested under the following procedures:
  • Impact (ASTM F2322)
  • Delamination
  • Furniture Load
  • Acoustical (ASTM E90, E413, E1332)
Inclusions
Each wall panel system comes with factory-installed junction boxes, electrical conduit, duct and pipe openings, and grille preparations. Additions like cell hardware, glazing, furniture, fixtures, and water-closet/sink-shower combinations can be purchased as a package. Ceiling panels are also available in various configurations and may be equipped with perforations and insulation for sound control purposes. These panels are factory prepared for light fixtures, along with junction boxes and electrical wirings. As for other additions, panels can accommodate some pieces of furniture. Double bunks, lavatories, mirrors, coat hooks, desk and table assemblies, and interior and exterior windows are mounted on factory-installed reinforcements and preparations.

Security Ceiling Systems

Habersham offers two types of security ceiling systems: the panel system and the deck system. The deck system offers minimum to medium security, while the panel system offers maximum security.
Our products are tested using our new, innovative, vertically upward impact testing machine. Our equipment tests an 8-ft. ceiling sample in a horizontal position as if it would be installed in the field. This helps determine if the ceiling itself, as well as the attachments, hangers, and anchors, fit existing security requirements.
